WG200RX

No Fire WG 200RX is a premium water glycol fire resistant hydraulic fluid used in industrial applications in place of conventional hydraulic fluid where fire is a concern. It provides a safer working environment than conventional mineral oil based hydraulic fluids where hydraulic piping may rupture and spray hydraulic fluid onto hot surfaces. Mineral oil based fluids can ignite causing a severe hazard to plant personnel and equipment.

No Fire WG 200RX water glycol fire resistant hydraulic fluid is an environmental fluid that supports ISO 14000 Environmental Certification and is also Group 1 Factory Mutual approved fluid.

Features & Benefits

  • Excellent fire resistance
  • Excellent anti-wear characteristics
  • Liquid and vapour phase corrosion inhibited
  • Inherently low pour point and excellent viscosity temperature characteristics
  • Non-WHMIS controlled, low toxicity
  • Readily biodegradable, low ecotoxicity
  • Reduced risk of injury to plant personnel and damage to equipment caused by hydraulic fluid fires. Lower insurance costs
  • Increased protection against premature pump and component, wear reduced, downtime and lower maintenance costs
  • Protects system reservoir and components (ferrous and non-ferrous) against rust and corrosion, extends equipment life, reduces downtime and maintenance costs
  • Excellent cold temperature properties, wide operating temperature range
  • Greater workplace acceptance. Reduced health and safety concerns. No special handling or disposal requirements
  • Reduced environmental liability in case of spills or leaks

Packaging

20 litre pails, 205 litre drums, 1000 litre totes and bulk shipments as required.

Power Flo Environmental Hydraulic Fluid

Mobile hydraulic equipment often leaks, typically a blend of petroleum oils and toxic or persistent chemicals. The greatest of these can dump hundreds of litres onto our roads, into our roadway catch-basins or onto private property, and can cost thousands to clean up and remediate damage.

Power Flo® is a premium high pressure, environmentally friendly hydraulic fluid that is:

  • Non-toxic
  • Biodegradable
  • Fire-suppressing
  • Water soluble
  • Extreme low-temperature performance
  • Overall hydraulic system cooling

This powerful product is successfully used in:

  • Turf machinery
  • Waste collection trucks
  • Sewer maintenance vehicles
  • Shipboard cranes
  • Stationary waste compactor units
  • Other hydraulic systems operating in sensitive environments

Packaging

20 litre pails, 205 litre drums, 1000 litre totes and bulk shipments as required.

Synthetic Ester PE3000

Forsythe PE3000 Fire Resistant Hydraulic Fluids are high performance, environmentally friendly lubricants based on premium synthetic ester technology. They are approved by Factory Mutual for enhanced safety in applications with potential fire hazards. Forsythe PE3000 fluids provide excellent wear and corrosion protection. Forsythe PE3000 Fluids are formulated from high purity synthetic esters with high biobased content and advanced ashless additives to provide extended fluid and equipment life. Their inherent high viscosity index and broad operating viscosity range provides enhanced lubricating efficiency.

Recommended Uses

Forsythe PE3000 fluids are recommended for use in vane, gear and piston pump high pressure hydraulic system equipment found in die-casting, steel mills, foundries, transmission plants, and mines where leaks, spills or ruptured hydraulic lines may encounter a source of ignition. Operating temperature for long fluid life 30-50°C (85-120°F) with a maximum of 70°C (160°F). Compatible elastomers include Buna, N Nitrile Butadiene, nitrile content >25%, Fluoroelastomers, Viton, Hydrogenated nitrile, polyurethane, polytetrafluoroethylene, Teflon.
